Payment Details:
A) A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required within 2 days once booking confirmed. Full payment is required 10 days before the date of the event. All payment made is not refundable.
B) Immediate full payment is required if the booking is less than 21 days before the date of the event.
C) Gingko House would only accept payment by cheque, crossed and made payable to “Eldershop Limited“ or by direct deposit to Hang Seng Bank (Account Number 379-226889-001). If transfer is done through other banks, please add a bank code 024 in front of the account number .
Payment can also be made to any of Gingko House’s restaurants.
D) Please fax your pay-in slip or payment receipt to 2810-9377.

Delivery service:
A) For order of total amount above $5,000, delivery is free. For order of total amount less than $5,000, delivery charge: Hong Kong Island $400, Kowloon $350, New Territories $300, Tung Chung $500.
B) Delivery and pick up of tableware service charge: Hong Kong Island $700, Kowloon $600, New Territories $400, Tung Chung $750.
C) Currently we do not provide delivery service to destination in Park Island, Discovery Bay or other outlying islands.

Cancellation policy:
No cancellation, postponement or change of ordered item(s) will be allowed once booking confirmed. Service will be suspended once typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted. Customer has to reschedule the date for service. This date should be within a 2 month period and convenient to both parties.
Gingko House shall not be responsible for any loss directly or indirectly incurred as a result of such reschedule.
