銀杏館--只不過是家小餐館，真想不到，竟然有自己的主題曲--La Vie en Rose 玫瑰人生

Édith Piaf，法國香頌天后，一位個性爽朗的女歌手，一位48歲時癌症逝世後得到國葬的巨星。

她年幼時，父母離異，只有跟隨親戚在巴黎的花街及平民社區長大，但憑著天賦，由娛樂平民的小歌女一步一步踏上國際天后的寶座。

不過，Édith Piaf的成就並不能改變她感情的波折與悲劇的際遇。

此刻，你一定會想起我們的梅豔芳吧！

Édith Piaf親自填詞，灌錄於1946年的絕版名曲La Vie en Rose，將會在銀杏館出現，讓你無論身處於佐敦的廟街或中環的歌賦街，都不期然地迷醉於巴黎街頭的獨特氛圍之中。

Theme song selected – La Vie en Rose by Edith Piaf

Gingko House is just a small restaurant, one can never imagine that this restaurant has its own theme song, Vie en Rose by Edith Piaf, a popular French diva, a songbird with an outgoing character, a superstar who died of cancer at age 48 and was honored with a national burial.

When she was young, her parents were separated, so she was brought up by her relatives and lived off disreputable streets of Paris and with lower classes. With her giftedness, starting from a little singer entertaining the general public, she gradually became an internationally known diva.

Nonetheless, the achievements of Edith Piaf just cannot change her emotional setbacks and her tragic encounters. At this moment, definitely you would think of our Anita Mui !

The lyrics were written by Edith Piaf herself, her signature song, La Vie en Rose, recorded in 1946, will be presented to you at Gingko House, no matter whether you are at Temple Street store/Jordon District or Gough Street store /Central area, you would find yourself indulged in an atmosphere that is unique to streets of Paris.
